Very straightforward, asked questions about experience and about how I think about feminism. Also asked about what I was looking to learn from the organization/experience. I felt very comfortable and I had the opportunity to ask a current intern questions about her experiences.
I applied online and filled out an online form with my preferences. I was asked to do a phone interview a couple weeks later where they just asked me about my thoughts on feminism, why I applied, etc.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NOW (Washington, DC) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied in early February, was asked to interview early in March, and received the decision two weeks after the interview. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back by the next Friday and the interviewer was true to her word.
