After phone interview with ownder, very beief meeting at a coffee house with a partner I would be working directly for; no prepared questions. Luckily, I had never seen an accountantant interview me before, so I had a few questions for my 1:1 on one interview. The initial phone interview was generic with the owner, making sure one could speak reasonabily. The 1:1 interviewing was very excited when I described how much business we are missing out with out zero social media. When I sent marketing reports after the interview, on ourselves/corporate/competitors, the accountant who interview me was very impressed. I was offerered the job in a day or two.
