The process was incredibly slow, First Interview went well. The second interview didn't happen for another 42 days. I found this slow process for hiring new staff to be the norm once I was brought on board.

Question 1
There were questions but it was more of a conversation where the questions came up as we discussed past experience and current challenges for the role I was interviewing for. I did enjoy the interviews.
Interview was laid back and informal. No need to wear professional attire. Everyone is wearing jeans. Receptionist was nice. The interviewer was 20 minutes late but apologized. I have heard good things about NOV so I wanted a chance to see for myself.
