Phone Interview followed by face to face interview. Did a walk around the job site and shown the various operations in progress. Offered was made and accepted the following day. They have drug screen and background check
Quick and they were very supportive and gave good questions. They asked questions relating to my logistics experience and explaied to me about the planner role in a detailed and concise way. I was happy with the interview

Interview
Good interview process, expect some last minute changes. Also, they do not respond with outcome, and the decision making process in very lengthy and time consuming. The expectations were also not clear, after rejecting all candidates, they changed the expectations and reposted the job, seems like a continous cycle.
