NORTH SPRING BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE interview questions

Fast and easy, I was offered the job on the spot. I was qualified for the position. It was laid back and only one on one person. No second interview.

Had an initial zoom interview that went well. Interviewer was energetic and super easy to get along with. Took any nervousness I had and made it disappear. Had to go through a cps and fbi background check per policy and was told it could take up to 2 months to come back. It only took 2 weeks! So that was good. They were very very VERY thorough with their description of the job and day to day tasks. I left the interview with no questions un answered.
