Phone interview - after completing and passing a Criticall test Virtual interview- with the same person on the phone interview Panel interview - with trainers and seasoned employees. Six total employees. Unorganized questioning. Post interview - 1 hour sit in.

It was a very involved hiring process with multiple tests prior to moving along to interviews. One of the last steps was a psych eval and after passing through that there was a panel interview as the last step in hiring.

Interview

Interview was normal. Then was background check, psych eval and polygraph. The only hire based of polygraph results. If you pass everything and then fail the polygraph, you' re out and no second chances.
