I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted via email to set up a phone screen. I had a 45 minutes phone screen and then was invited in to interview at their office. I was at their office for about an hour. I sent a thank you email, waited a week, and sent a follow up email. They said they would get back to me the day after my interview but over a week after my interview I still hadn't heard anything. They eventually got back to me and said they went with two other candidates.
