Phone screening - mostly around my interest, current job & its responsibilities, location specification etc.
1st - HR conversation about the expectations
2nd - local department manager about skills, my current job profile and day-to-day work deliverables
3rd - global department director
4th - department manager, director and HR together

Mostly situation based and focus on problem-solving.
Detail explanation about the past experience, how my experiences could fit in for the role etc.
HR conversation was very formal, professional and agenda oriented.
