Applied and heard bacm in under a week, it was only one round of interviews, about 15 minutes, someone on the team that was trained interviewed you, could choose start date, and started 2 weeks later.

Process done by people who have been there for a month. It is unlikely that someone will not get hired here if they meet the qualifications. Overall it was a job.
