Got on a phone interview with an HR rep. It was a standard behavioral interview. The woman was nice and said she would contact me in 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks went by, and I didn't hear anything back

First round phone interview, second round video interview, third round superday on site. Be sure to understand that how to answer if you purchase a bond with a 5% yield and a 1 year maturity, what yield will you need in year two to have the same return of a 7% 2 year maturity bond.
