I was contacted via email to provide times I would be available to take a phone screen. Replied with times and the next day I receive the same email asking for times. I reply and do not receive any follow up email. I get a call randomly which I don't pick up a few days later and a follow up text asking if I am available to chat. The recruiting process could use some tuning.
