Interview
I heard that Nike conducted group interviews so I came prepared to interview with a group of people. It turned out to be a panel interview where each applicant was individually interviewed by 2 Nike employees. The interview took no more than 10 minutes and it was incredibly laid back and easy. I studied the interview questions listed here on Glassdoor so I would be prepared for the interview, and all the questions they asked were ones that I had already studied. I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
