I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (New York, NY) in Jun 2012
Interview
The first process is a one on one interview. If they think you are a suitable candidate then they will call you back. After your seasonal stay is over they either keep you or they don't. If they keep you, you have to go through another interview process to become part under. Part time under is about 10 to 12 hours a week. If you decide you want more hours you then have to apply with permission from your manager for a higher status. 95%of the time they will tell you,you won't be able to apply for full time cause you aren't well rounded yet. Sometimes it just depends on how well you work and if they see that. The managers will let you know if they think you are suitable for that status. If they don't think you are they won't let you interview and then thats when you have to prove to them that you are perfect for the position. Keep in mind that no position is a definite GET because there are many other people fighting for the same position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Nike? Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unruly customer. Why you out of everyone else? What's your sport passion ? What is your favorite Nike product? Tell us about a time you received (good or bad) service. Name a time someone told you to do something you didn't want to do. What did you do?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in Jun 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
