The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Question 1
Availability. Days you are available in general including holidays. Times you are available.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2014
Interview
the first step after applying online is a phone interview. once you have passed the phone interview they usually invite you something very similar to a casting call. its usually hundreds of people and they want to see who stands out in the crowd, who has a great personality and a unique factor. You usually answer various random questions and they use that to gage how you would fit in with the company. I luckily got to skip this step. After this if you make the cut they invite you to a group interview with about 5 other people and 3 people in management. This process is fairly easy if you have common sense and aren't talking ab out nike products forever.
