I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NIKE (Bloomington, MN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Really quick turnaround from submitting the online application to getting a phone interview. I want to say it was inside a week. There was also an in person interview I did a few days after the phone interview. Nike was very flexible in scheduling both interviews; I had to reschedule the phone interview two times and didn't feel that disappointed anyone or hampered my chances to get a job, but I also felt I was overqualified for the position. Also, I applied for a seasonal job, but it was relatively easy to parlay that into a full time job. Unless you're applying for another position within the store (back of house or visual,) you won't have to re interview to get a part time job. I felt that I interviewed well over the phone but bombed the in person interview and still got offered a position, so the phone interview might cary more weight.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in Jun 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
