Conversation with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in which they described their work, the job opportunity, the culture, and then asked questions about my experience re: marketing, teamwork, project management, vendor relations, PR, etc.
I had interviews over the phone and via zoom the questions were difficult but fair it was an unique experience. the video conference interview was the harder of the two.

Interview
The process consisted of a phone screening with a recruiter and then multiple follow-ups. They wanted me to relocate to Oregon which ultimately canceled it. I enjoyed the process, nonetheless.
