Interview
Group interview with very basic questions as well as situational questions. The interview was laid back compared to other companies but very welcoming. We were able to answer in any order and it didn't matter if you had a similar answer to someone else. I would only use a sports team example once or twice.
The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Interview
Virtual interview where you respond to questions with a video recording. Two attempts on video recordings. There is no human interaction on the interview or while using the platform. Received offer almost immediately after submitting
Everything is online so you just record videos to the questions. You get 3 minutes to record each answer and you can’t retake the video once. You don’t get to interview with a person thanks to the pandemic.
