Interview
Is was an online digital interview by HireVue where they show a question, give you a few seconds of preparation time and you have a certain amount of time to answer it. I had 9 questions, whereas 4 are listed below and the 5 other ones are about the work permission, student status, starting date, etc.
so there where only 4 questions that you have to prepare for.

Give us a brief introduction about yourself and what makes you Nike!
Please describe a situation where you had to analyze data (preferably with excel/sap and finance related) and what were the results and points for improvement in the future.
If you are offered this internship, will you have valid student status for the whole duration of the internship? Do you have documented proof of your enrollment with a higher education institution? (enrollment letter, university agreement etc.)
It went smoothly, easy questions, enough time to prepare and answer. Gave enough time to submit the interview. The online platform is very intuitive and works great. Additional resourses that they give to prepare for the interview are great too.

They asked me to give them an elevaotr pitch of myself
Didnt hear anything back. First round was cv and motivation, which put me to the second round. Did a hirevue step process but didnt hear antything back unfortunately. Would have hoped they came back to me.
The interview was conducted through the HireVue platform and included both video and written response components. For the video portion, candidates were given the opportunity to re-record each answer once.
