I applied online for a seasonal position. I recieved a phone call a week later by a gentleman who gave me a quick phone screening and asked why I wanted to work at Nike and alittle bit about myself. He then figured out which location would be best for me to interview at and we figured out an interview time. I arrived for my interview alittle early not knowing what to expect since I had never been to the Nike store before. To my suprise it was a group interview there was a total of five of us. The "Coach" in charge of the interview did an excellent job of selling the company and I could really tell he meant what he was saying and enjoyed his work. He definately made me want the position just by his passion behind the brand. The interview was pretty standard. Tell me about a time when.... , tell me about yourself and so forth. I believe it lasted an hour.
