I contacted PI and received a reply one day later. I got interviews twice, with PI(1st) and lab members with dissertation presentation (2nd). At the end of 2nd interview, I got an offer from PI

-1st interview- Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your research background Do you have experience with group working? When did you graduate? What is your future goal? When you can start to work? -2nd interview (dissertation presentation for 30min)- Almost questions were related to my experimental approaches.
The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
