Interview
Meeting with several PIs all day. This was a bit exhausting and stressful. There was also a job talk about your research, about 40 min. This was pretty standard. Met all the postdocs in the lab and got a feel for the environment.
The interview process was overall fairly easy. The interviewers were friendly and the conversations were tailored to research interests, goals and experience. The process began as a panel interview followed by one on one interview.
The HR interviewed me and asked questions one by one. One day, one person. A total of 8 HR interviewed me, and each person talked for one hour with me, so I spent 8 hours.
