Interview
I had quite a heavily structured
interview. Questions had a focus on the business itself and there was a premium around knowledge and experience of electrical risks. Manager, potential colleague and HR asked questions alternately.
I had a formal interview in person in their office. I was asked structured questions and the process was led by a chair supported by a technical expert and the HR team.
