Group activities surrounding trust vales and what they mean to us ina spider diagram. Then individual interviews after regarding what you can bring to the team and what your previous experiences are. How would you react if there is an obvious safeguarding issue?
Easy. Get job and was easy. Interviewer were kind and supportive . Relaxing atmosphere. Good experience. All questions were easy. Only 6 questions were there about infection control and trust
