Interview
The interview process started by introduction of the panel members, I was then asked for a form of ID then was told the job role, salary and location before proceeding to interviewers asking questions and I was asked if I had any questions.

Rigorous interview with various scenario based questions. Prior knowledge about the nhs lab is definitely required. go for a lab tour or arrange an informal visit beforehand, that way you can guage the trust and management beforehand as well.

Describe a situation when you had a conflict with a colleague and how you dealt with it.
The NHS associate practitioner interview typically involves assessing candidates' clinical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work in a healthcare team. It was a relatively quick and easy process and I did not have to wait long for a confirmation.

There are two interviewers in the meeting room and they keep asking questions. The interview takes about 30 mins. The questions are more related to how you react in various situation.
