Applied online via NHS website. Filled in basic information, employment history, plus supporting statement. Emailed for interview, with 2 people plus an admin test was mentioned. Test consisted of 5 tasks to do in 30 minutes. These were: speed typing test, prioritization order, email, Excel document and a what would you do in this situation question. Was not difficult my tip is to do the ones you find easy first. Interview was lengthy but I found my interviewees to be friendly. There were a total of 8 questions and interviewees talked about the role and department. Questions I remember: why this role/NHS, skills related to this role, a what would you do in this situation regarding to confidentiality, example of good customer service, a time when you worked on multiple tasks/deadlines, example of teamwork.
