Application online - Panel Interview - telephone outcome. HR shockingly slow, even for NHS standards! The application process and interview happened in 3-4 weeks as expected but HR took 3 months to complete the paperwork. All questionnaires to be sent back to HR were completed within 24 hours of receipt.

Competency-based interview for 1 hour, including 10 minutes presentation based on a project management topic. Maximum 5 slides. 5-minute questions based on the presentation. Very professional and welcoming attitude from the interviewer.
