Interview
Long, but thorough. They ask about various topics, not just medical ones in the final interview. There's lots of components to the interview process so it is best to plan ahead.
Had to create a PowerPoint and present a topic to five interveiwers. Was asked competency based question at this interview. Short tour of the lab was given. Interview ran very late. Opportunity to ask questions.
4 people interviewing. Mixture of technical questions and soft skills questions. Each asked two questions each. They also give time at end for you to ask any questions. At start you need to verify your identity. Overall they were friendly.
