Occasionally, notice of a short skills test (for admin or clerical roles) — but for HCSW, it’s typically just a values- and scenario-based interview.

Notice About a Short Skills Test (Sometimes)
For Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker roles, it’s usually NOT required.
However, for administrative Band 3 roles, they sometimes include a short literacy, numeracy, or computer task.
In the HCSW interview, you might instead be given a short scenario question (verbal), e.g.:
Interview took place about 45 mins and there was few questions on numeracy and customer service experience. And how you treat a customer or a patient according to the trust values.
