Interview
Easy lots of competency based questions using STAR method to answer the questions. The interviewers seemed new to the business, however we're friendly but not knowledgeable. It was teams followed by face to face.

all done via TRAC on line. Interview was OK in that the usual expected questions came up. There was no presentation requirement which sometimes is the case with these posts in NHS

Very Good experience - quick. Definitely quality answers over waffle and dishonesty. This was a good role within property services. Travel was a lot but working with exceptional people. and reasonable work life balance.
