2 stage interview, a lot of written responses, met with two employees and then the final round was a 1:1. A video of the CEO was played and a questionnaire was given where questions about the video had to be answered.

Interview
Applied on 01/24/16 and got a call back within 24 hours. Was invited out to their pleasanton offices where I was roughly handed a 10 page application to fill out and then asked to wait for upwards of 30 minutes. When I did finally meet with the hiring manger, there were incredibly rushed and unprofessional and only asked me 1 questions before wanting me to commit to more interviews. They were also very coy about the work I did and finally was able to get out of them (only after threatening to walk out) that they are essentially a glorified pyramid scheme who are looking for people to sell products in big box retailers (like costco or sams club) on an almost pure commission "salary" package.
If you are entrepreneurial and simply want an oppurtunity, go for it. If you have any form of higher education, I would strongly suggest you pass.
