The first contact with the recruiter was very positive. He was very nice and had great energy. The second interview was with the hiring manager. I had a great interview with her and she moved me on to the next stage, an interview with a recent hire. I interviewed with the next person, she was a recent hire. The interview was laid back. She didn't conduct it like a formal interview more of a casual conversation. After this, I heard nothing back. I sent a follow up email and was told by the second interviewer I would hear something from someone soon. The recruiter called me after a couple of weeks and asked how things had gone and if I had heard anything. I was wondering why he asked me if I had heard anything and why he was asking me for an update. At any rate, I never heard back. I didn't receive a generic email saying they went with another candidate. I'm ok with not getting the job, it happens but I thought a company owned by AON would have at followed up with a generic response, I didn't expect to get ghosted.

After a lengthy call with someone from NFPs Talent dept. I was asked to proceed to the next interview via zoom. 3 people were on this call and we went over by 15 minutes.For the second round they required a power point presentation and give you a scenario to present. 4 people were on that call and they shared how they needed to fill position quickly but still had other candidates to vet and they’d get back to me as soon as other interviews were completed. Weeks go by and I hear nothing so I check in with the contact from the talent dept to learn Im getting an offer and they’ll be in touch very soon. Never heard back, followed up several times , no response. They completely ghosted me. They obviously decided to go another direction ( which is perfectly fine) but I find it extremely unprofessional that no one, had the common courtesy to let me know especially after telling me I’m getting an offer.
