Online interview, recorded yourself answering questions, extremely artificial and awkward set up. You would watch a video of a guy asking a question and then have about 15 seconds to think of an answer and then record yourself. You could not go back so each recording was final

Went through two virtual interviews just for the internship to get cancelled due to COVID. Will never know if I would've received an offer or not. First interview was recording answers to questions, second one was with two people in charge of the program.

Phone then Skype interviews. They have you apply online and you can only apply to two divisions during the same year. Need to pick a department you are happy with.
