NEXT Graduate Engineer Trainee (Data Analyst) interview questions

I had two in-person interviews at NEXT HQ. One verbal interview focused on my skills and experience. The other a technical interview, involving writing some SQL queries. Interviewers were friendly and asked good probing questions. I was ghosted after my technical interview. I was told I would hear within 2 weeks, but received no further correspondence, even after a number of emails and calls. I don't think I aced every technical question, but being ghosted after 2 in-person interviews is extremely unprofessional. I strongly encourage you to find a better company to work for.
