Very informal 1:1 interview with a staff lead. Average interview on customer service and introduction to the team and operations of the shop floor. The interviewer was nice and there seemed to be a lot of young workers, so it did not feel like an isolated workplace.
The interview process was straightforward and positive. The questions were clear and focused on my experience and skills, and the interviewers created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interrogation, which made it easy to communicate confidently. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
