After applying online and completing two test only had to wait a day until being invited for a telephone interview within the next few days. The application process was very straight forward.

Had a very short online interview where I was asked if I had any existing commitments, to share a bit about myself and how I had changed something I was doing to make sure I was working efficiently and productively. I was then invited to an in store assessment where I put stock back on to the shop floor from the fitting room, created an outfit for a scenario and explained why and found/gave out a parcel. Overall it was relatively easy, just make sure you approach every single customer as they were very certain about that (for example I thought just approaching a few customers was fine especially considering I most likely wouldn’t be able to help but my assessment person came up to me and asked told me to talk to everyone).
