The interview itself wasn’t particularly challenging. However, the interviewer placed a strong emphasis on my team management abilities rather than just technical knowledge. They were looking for examples of leadership, team coordination, and how I handle group dynamics. It became clear they were assessing my ability to guide and motivate a team in addition to my technical expertise.
