The interview was initiated via linkedin and scheduled as a phone interview which makes sense given that it's a remote position. It was a single interview, I was offered to proceed and declined due to the nature of the pay.

Very informative. Interviewer provided layout of conkany. Training opportunities and education for new mortgage loan officer. Scheduled a follow up with me and offered his help in the future. Very comfortable and to speak with.
