Asks very basic questions to test knowledge of finance and investment banking. Very easy to get hired as long as you can answer around half of the questions adequately.
Wouldnt recommend this position to anyone though.
I receive a video interview after the online application. It's only around 15 minutes and includes both behavioral and technical, with mostly behavioral. I then got the results within one week.

Through email. I received the background check email first and then an essay written project. It is not hard and easy to prepare. Financial knowledge questions will be asked. And a phone screen will be followed.
I had a Q&A and a video interview for this role. The process is very quick and efficient. I've been asked some basic questions and technique questions. It's not hard if you're a student major in Finance or have financial experiences.
