Phone interview with recruiter, then setup a call with hiring manager. Next step was onsite meeting to meet the team. Had one on ones with the team and hiring manager. Answered all my questions and got a walk through of the office.

Interview
I was approached by a recruiter for the opportunity and a call was arranged with one of the Sales Managers who was the hiring manager. Rather informal interview. Progressed to second stage with Director where we discussed results, the company's vision, current pain points and what I could bring to the table.
