      1. Screening / Initial Call Format: 30–45 minutes with HR or a recruiter. Focus: Background check: relevant experience, leadership exposure, and technical domains. Motivation for the role and alignment with company culture. High-level discussion of both people management and technical projects you’ve led. 2. Technical Assessment (Hands-On) Format: 60–90 minutes, could be take-home or live. Focus: Practical problem solving: writing or reviewing code, debugging automation, or analyzing logs. Designing test strategies for given scenarios (e.g., scaling, performance, integrations). Moderate complexity — not algorithm-heavy like a coding interview, but enough to assess your ability to be hands-on.
