A senior recruiter conducted the initial interview by phone rather than scheduling a Teams call. The same recruiter was unfamiliar with any IT concepts and relied on a predefined list of questions provided by the Director of IT whom also didn't review the job description and CV regardless of a summary outlining nine years of strong IT experience. This was difficult to have a meaningful discussion about my qualifications and raised huge concerns about the effectiveness of the interview process. Why a lower level of IT personnel wasn't utilized is also disappointing. After reading more contributions about NEEDS Center, it's not surprising to recognize their lack of functionality. They have an unhappy atmosphere, and very high turnover rate.
