I had one phone interview with two people (PI and Program Manager) and subsequent informal email and phone conversations. The initial interview lasted about 45 minutes and was pretty informal.

Three interviews--one phone and two in-person interviews. It seemed like a lot of interviews but the interviews were friendly and it seemed like the hiring team wanted to make sure I would be the right fit for the position.
