NCI Building Systems E-Commerce Analyst interview questions

After applying received emailed for 1st interview. 1st interview went well and afterwards was told that I would be contacted again after a couple of days. A week past and I called the recruiter and she seemed like she had lost track of time and forgot about my information. She passed me on to the 2nd interview. 2nd interview was with the hiring manager and it went really well. Got a call back 2 hours later and was told that I was a finalist with one more candidate. They were going to fly me down for the 3rd interview. I was going to receive a call in a week. Once again never received a call, so I called and the HR recruiter seemed totally shocked and last that I had called. Again she forgot about me and made up an excuse of why I wasn't contacted but there was no need for 3rd interview as second canidate was chosen. I never got to do my final interview, and they had no intentions of reaching back out to let me know their decision. I was told I was get called back in a hour. I NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL. Horrible interview process, lack of communication. I would recommend not even deal with this company. Just a waste of time.
