The process started with applying online. If you are preselected, you will receive a email to set up a follow up phone interview. During the interview, you will be ask about the knowledge of the position, company, and commitment. If the process continues you will be selected to have an in person interview. The face to face interview has one portion with in which you sit with two interviewers and a portion in which you sit with a fellow interviewee and one interviewer. If you reach this point you will know at the end of the interview if you were offer the job.

You would do the application and then an in person interview if selected. It is usually two people within the interview initially. One management and one peer. Then from there if the interview is going smoothly and they may feel like you would be a good fit, they will invite a VP to ask a question or two.
