Interview
I start with Assessment Centre on site. If you're shortlisted, there is a 1-1 Interview with my manager, which includes a test to be sent directly to my manager. They will shortlist you after 1 month.
basic recorded interview, study department and position that you applied to since some questions department/pitch specific, done impersonally and through recordings online. use the STAR method to answer questions about challenges that were faced and what you'd bring to your position
