Only went as far as the screen but the recruiter was so disorganized. They asked my availability which I replied was everyday except Monday and then they email me to schedule for Monday... She realized her confusion and then said we can schedule for Wednesday. She still called me on Monday to chat and then realized she had me on her calendar twice. The screen itself was pleasant and easy and they were very nice but once they told me the salary range, it was kind of insulting. Living in Los Angeles, anything below 50K, especially for a company this big is not going to work in a high COL city and most of the salary was under 50K. I would only take the very top of their range above 50K which I think is what took me out of the running. For a role that is hybrid and looks to be stressful, you are definitely not paying enough, this is a salary for the 90s.
