In January I applied for 6 different internships at NBC. In March I got a video interview where you record your responses. Never heard anything back after that. Then in April I got an email and phone call from a recruiter for one of the other positions I applied to. He set me up on an interview with the Director of the department and we had a 20 minute conversation. The phone conversation did not feel like an interview, it was very comfortable. I got the offer 2 days later.

Recruiters came to school, I dropped a resume in person. Received an email inviting me to do a virtual self-recorded interview. Flew out to LA and interviewed with the creative director.
