They found me and contacted me about the position of PHP junior developer, I accepted the offer within a week. I received 5 tasks by mail and a deadline of 5 days to do them. HTML, JS form validation, External libraries, PHP, SQL. A relatively easy task, it just takes time to do, 5 days is enough. As I had other jobs at the time they sent me the assignment, they gave me another week to complete the assignments. I sent the completed assignments, received a confirmation that they were well done and that they would call me for an interview in a week. The director and HR manager were at the interview, they asked me a few questions about 5 tasks, SQL and classic questions about what I expect and where I see myself, then they talked about the company and other details. It took 30 minutes and they said that if I did everything well and answered, that they had a positive impression and that they would send me an offer in 2 days at the max. They did not send me an offer within that period. They delayed the offer for a few days under the pretext that they were busy, and then they told me that they didn't accept me because they found better candidates, and it wasn't even a question whether they would accept me or not, but the only question was what offer they would give me and do I accept it. Now I understand why they were looking for me and why they have problems finding workers. Irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest and calculated to find the cheapest and most obedient worker for the least amount of money. When I went to the company for an interview, they did not show me the workplace or the environment in which I would work, they behave as if they are hiding something. When they saw that the i pressured them for being too late with the offer deadline, they probably decided to reject me because they didn't want to hire someone who would complain about their mistakes, but rather suffer and listen.
