I met NAVAIR engineers at my university's career fair. I was asked to interview on the spot. I didn't have time to prepare for the interview, but it was not difficult. The interview was straightforward and asked about projects I worked on, challenges, working with teams, etc. I was offered an tentative position at the end of the interview.

Very laid and straightforward. Did not ask any gotta questions. Just wanted to know about my background. It was about an hour long. Mostly just them informing me what they do there
