Something didn't feel right about the amount of time this company has been in business and the maturity of the product. I'm not sure if management has a vision for the product and I was not impressed with what I was seeing and hearing. It very much feels like a hall of mirrors...suggesting the product/service is one thing, but in reality it's only a stepping stone to an unspoken strategy. Others I spoke with outside of the interview suggested that the vision was broken and the management at the top are disconnected from those in the middle and bottom.

Phone screen, Interview with Manager. After interview with Manager I was told things were moving fast so to make sure I had enough availability for a panel interview. I freed my schedule up and then was sent a rejection email saying they decided to go in another direction and no other feedback.
